Nonhlanhla is a Life and Leadership Coach. She has a passion to empower and equip leaders and people in general to discover and unleash their full potential in order to effectively and decisively deal with socio-economic issues. This passion has led her to establish an organisation called IY Women in Leadership Empowerment Forum which seeks to inspire and capacitate women leaders to increase their leadership impact and create lasting personal and professional change.

Nonhlanhla is a confident and proven leader with experience in building, coaching, managing and mentoring high performing teams. She has over 20 years’ experience leading in various leadership roles. She has worked for organisations in the telecommunication industry; research and statistics, Contact Centre Operations, NGO’s and Local Government.

Nonhlanhla has received multiple service excellence awards within the corporate space and has exceptional interpersonal skills which enables her to nurture winning teams and inspire others to reach their full potential. She is a good communicator and attentive listener, both of which aids her in facilitating effective sessions as an accredited coach and mentor.
