Cindy’s dream and purpose is to coach individuals towards BRAVERY, whether it be bravery in their career, relationship, personal self-confidence, facing fears or overcoming phobias. The situation at hand plus the person’s past experience and their present coping mechanisms will determine what bravery means to them personally. Through coaching, Cindy explores the matter together with each person and helps them to define their version of BRAVERY. That definition will dictate their goals and needs. After the goal is set and the need determined, further coaching sessions will help them to work on self, find their strength and unleash their potential.

By living a brave life herself, and using her life’s example of overcoming fears, pain, setbacks and challenges , she is able to inspire others to do the same. Cindy doesn’t just want to Talk Brave, she wants to Live, Be, Demonstrate, and Epitomise Brave! That would be authentic, that would feel good and true. That would be living a life of and coaching in a style that feels and displays bravery.
