What Hilary brings to her coaching experience has been gained over several careers. Her Occupational Therapy training taught her to see the bigger picture and to work through the problem systematically.  Having started two businesses from scratch, one successful, and one a failure, Hilary learned many things over and above what was in her MBA syllabus.  Her career has taken many twists and turns, and thus as a Pivot Coach, she is well placed to help you shift direction in your career.
She has been retrenched as well as retired. She has worked as an entrepreneur and a government employee, finally ending up in the NGO sector. All of these enhance her ability to listen as a coach and mentor.  Whether you are retired, retrenched or simply want to shift to a new horizon, Hilary is the person who can help.
